- June 15, 2021: The African Penguin, Fennec Fox, Meerkat, Sacred Scarab Beetle, and Southern White Rhinoceros are revealed to be in a new "Africa Pack" DLC.
- June 14, 2021: Update 1.6 was announced for a release on 25 August!
- June 3, 2021: Frontier addresses some major fixes with the Polar Bear.
- March 18, 2021: The Babirusa, Binturong, Clouded Leopard, Dhole, Giant Malaysian Leaf Insect, Malayan Tapir, Proboscis Monkey, and Sun Bear are revealed to be in a new "Southeast Asia Animal Pack" DLC. Alongside them: 10 new items to build with, and a free update that adds some cool stuff and improves existing features!
- March 16, 2021: Update 1.5 was announced to roll out on 30 March!
- March 11, 2021: Custom Billboards were confirmed through the forum!
- December 1, 2020: The Cuvier's Dwarf Caiman, Diamondback Terrapin, Giant Otter, Grey Seal, and King Penguin are revealed to be in a new "Aquatic Pack" DLC. Alongside them: 170 new items to build with and a free update that adds some great stuff and improves existing features!
- November 30, 2020: Update 1.4 was announced to come on 8 December!
